Hopefully you’ve heard of the popular Christmastime bike ride here called Tour de Lights. Taking place every mid-December, and hosted by Visit Knoxville and Bike Walk Knoxville, the annual ride brings thousands of our neighbors onto the streets in fun holiday clothes and costumes with their bicycles decked out with holiday cheer. It’s an incredible event, and something we aspire to in terms of community-building. So, naturally, we had to have something similar for Halloween.
